( A" f4 N- b/ ?2 Z8 O" WManager in Credit Risk Management Department

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
5 {: I( H  G8 f- Z' E6 l2 Z0 u‧Assist in after-lending management
‧Assess credit proposals and review credit memoranda.
‧Supervise the Credit Officer/Credit Assistant for ensuring the completion and perfection in loan documentation prior to loan draw down.
‧Assist in setting up credit policies and internal guidelines in accordance with Head Office’s Credit Manual and lending strategies.

Qualifications and Experiences:
. L9 w) a& N" H% v# }$ d- [9 X‧Over five years working experiences in banking, with at least five years working experiences in credit risk management in local banks;
+ M0 N/ U7 w3 K  N! d2 D! B‧Previous experiences in supervision / management of a team over 3.
% o8 X( Q+ z4 G6 W$ w. G) V‧Graduation from university or college in finance, banking, accounting or credit related fields;
8 s6 c  M4 o' B- w7 O$ e‧Knowledge in lending principles, loan products, and credit assessment.
‧Knowledge in checking loan documents for deficiencies / irregularities.
1 I8 s3 N1 P  [' T' I3 B& L$ \! E/ {: b‧Knowledge in monitoring irregular accounts and past-due transactions.
7 ]+ ~3 [2 y7 u1 n+ n) h‧Knowledge in regulatory and compliance requirements that include Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements.
4 D4 w9 r2 T% h$ }' i‧Knowledge in PC software packages, e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel.
  i. S; f: s2 A2 v. D# I‧Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred);
‧Good analytical skills and accounting knowledge.
