Manager in Credit Risk Management Department

$ ?) W/ C% x- Y" \Main Duties and Responsibilities:
% {/ N& R7 g0 _6 _. |‧Assist in after-lending management
  o% F4 T7 U* D‧Assess credit proposals and review credit memoranda.
3 b& K, C; k. `, \' ?1 x‧Supervise the Credit Officer/Credit Assistant for ensuring the completion and perfection in loan documentation prior to loan draw down.
) U& r+ W$ Q) R8 N+ N  ]1 q9 x‧Assist in setting up credit policies and internal guidelines in accordance with Head Office’s Credit Manual and lending strategies.

% O5 b% u0 z% \4 s$ zQualifications and Experiences:
7 k4 n* p  a' O( i‧Over five years working experiences in banking, with at least five years working experiences in credit risk management in local banks;
‧Previous experiences in supervision / management of a team over 3.
‧Graduation from university or college in finance, banking, accounting or credit related fields;
7 [  g0 L8 _- S) b) ?/ H‧Knowledge in lending principles, loan products, and credit assessment.
‧Knowledge in checking loan documents for deficiencies / irregularities.
1 L0 X9 C& M' U& ]( a) W‧Knowledge in monitoring irregular accounts and past-due transactions.
; G5 U, y3 I+ A7 _‧Knowledge in regulatory and compliance requirements that include Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements.
% U$ V+ `7 \3 @‧Knowledge in PC software packages, e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel.
; Q# H/ f9 T' R) X/ \‧Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred);
' ?! a, Y3 _7 }. d; g/ T& x9 W‧Good analytical skills and accounting knowledge.
